Hi, my name is Elton. I am about 4-5 years old, I'm a Golden Retriever mix and a pretty big guy, which means there is plenty of me to love! Even though I am big, I am a very gentle boy. When you take for me a walk you can barely tell I am on the leash. I don’t pull at all and if you say my name I come right back to you. I had a very bad life before I was taken in by Little Victories, but they gave me a safe place to live, and with lots of love and care they nursed me back to health. I might be a little scared at first around new people, but if you are gentle and loving with me, I will warm right up to you. Some say I have sad eyes, but that is because of the bad memories. But I would love to make some great new memories with you! I have been at Little Victories for several years, but I would love to come home with you so they can have room to save more great dogs like me from bad lives.
